Our receptionists welcome you every day from 8am to 9pm. Our night watchman is on duty from 9pm to 7:30am.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Your room is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure.
To facilitate your departure, please check your bill the day before. You can pay at reception between 8am and 9pm.
MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque, vacation voucher (ANCV), cash or credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard).
LUGGAGE
We would be delighted to store your luggage at Reception on the day of your arrival before 3pm and on the day of your departure after 11am.
GARAGE AND PARKING
Near the hotel, your vehicle will find shelter in our on-site private garage or in the “Grande Plage” parking lot located 200 meters from the hotel, upon reservation.
LAUNDRY AND IRONING
We also offer a laundry and ironing service.
Express service: Clothes delivered before 2:30 pm, returned by 10 am the next day. For this service, please contact reception or room service.

CHILD CARE / BABY-SITTING
A “Baby-Sitting” service is available to look after your children. For information and reservations, please contact Reception.
AIRLINES
For information, flight confirmations or reservations, please do not hesitate to contact our receptionists.
MAIL AND PARCELS TO BE DISPATCHED
Your mail will be delivered daily. For national, international and express mail and parcel deliveries, please contact Reception.
MESSAGES
Messages received during your absence will be forwarded directly to your room.

LEISURE AND SPORTS
Please refer to the “Tourist Guide” folder available at Reception.
Pierre, our Manager and accomplished sportsman (Triathlete) will suggest alternatives according to your favourite disciplines.
THALAZUR-HELIANTHAL
Our local thalassotherapy center, located 150 meters from the hotel, offers a range of cures and treatments. You can also take advantage of the marine bio-course, weight room, etc. Information is available at the hotel reception desk.
MASSAGES AND MANUAL THERAPIES
We offer professional massages performed by state-qualified physiotherapists or body therapists. These wellness, relaxation or recovery massages can be performed either in your room or in a private practice in the center of town. Lasting 1 hour or more, they will help you recover and make the most of your stay. For all inquiries and/or bookings, please contact Reception.
EXCURSIONS AND TRANSFERS
For transfers to and from the train station or airport, or for excursions in the Basque country and surrounding area, please contact reception.
TOURIST INFORMATION
Various brochures with ideas for visits and excursions are available at the hotel reception desk. Our receptionists will also help you make the best choices.
JOURNALS
The daily newspapers “Sud-Ouest”, “Le Monde” and “l’Equipe” are available from 7:30 a.m. in the hotel lounge. For all other references, please contact Reception.

ANIMALS
Pets up to 3 kilos are accepted in the room, under your responsibility, for a supplement of €20 per day.

BEACH TOWEL
Beach towels are available for hire. For further information, please contact reception
Room service is available every day from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
ACCESS: MAGNETIC CARDS
For your security, the Hôtel de la Plage has installed a magnetic card system.
Each guest is issued with a programmed card on arrival.
In the event of loss, please contact Reception, who will issue you with a new card.
POWER ADAPTER
Your room is supplied with 220 volts of electricity, so we advise you to check the voltage of your appliances before plugging them in. Several types of adapters are available at Reception.
INTERNET
The hotel is fully equipped with Wifi (wireless Internet). Internet access with an RJ 45 plug is also available in your room. Please contact reception to obtain your access key.

PLEASE MAKE THE ROOM
A card with the words “Please do my room” is available behind your front door. If you would like your room to be made a priority, please display this card as you leave.
SAFETY / FIRE INSTRUCTIONS
Your safety is one of our top priorities during your stay. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with our safety measures and the emergency exits nearest to your room. (Display behind your room door)
In the event of fire, please contact reception as soon as possible.
AIR CONDITIONING / CLIMATE CONTROL
The individual air-conditioning system installed in your room is a reversible system. The air-conditioning system is operated using the keypad located at the entrance to your room:
Air-conditioning ON / OFF Green light on: the air-conditioner is operating.
Press the “Temp” arrows up or down to select the desired temperature.
Press the “Ventilation” button to select the fan speed.
NB: The air-conditioning system switches off instantly as soon as you open your French window. When the door is closed, use the keypad to switch the air-conditioning back on.
WINDOW DOOR
The left, semi-fixed part of the French window can be opened by releasing the lugs at the top and bottom. Don’t forget to replace them for a perfect seal.

GENERAL TARIFF FOR TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount equal to €0.70 incl. VAT for durations (Impulses) fixed in full hours, according to destination zones.
ROLLER SHUTTERS
The electric controls for the external roller shutters are located on the right or left side of the window door. For safety and watertightness reasons, we recommend closing them on stormy or windy days.
COFFRE-FORT
A safe is at your disposal in the closet of your room. We ask you to use it, as the management declines all responsibility for objects and valuables left outside the safe.
To close the safe: enter a 4-digit code followed by “★” or “#” while keeping the door closed.
To open the safe: enter the 4-digit code. When you leave, please leave the safe open.
BLANKETS AND PILLOWS
Two blankets and two extra pillows are provided in your closet.
HAIR DRYER
Your bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer above the vanity top.
HOSPITALITY PRODUCTS
At the hotel reception desk, we have a range of repair kits: shoe polishing sponge, sewing kit and shower cap.

You can order it by calling the “Breakfast” service directly from the telephone at your disposal.
It consists of a hot drink of your choice, a fruit juice (grapefruit, orange or apple), a baker’s basket (Viennese pastries, bread), butter, honey and jams.
