Our receptionists welcome you every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Our night watchman is present from 9 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE

Your room is available on the day of your arrival from 3 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of your departure, by 11 a.m. at the latest. In order to facilitate your departure, we invite you to check your invoice the day before. You can pay the amount at reception between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

PAYMENT CHOICE

We accept all payments by bank check, holiday check (ANCV), cash or credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard).

LUGGAGE

It is with great pleasure that we suggest that you store your luggage at Reception on the day of your arrival before 3 p.m., on the day of your departure after 11 a.m.

GARAGE AND PARKING

Near the Hotel, your vehicle will find refuge in our on-site private garage or in the “Grande Plage” car park located 200 meters from the Hotel, by reservation.

LAUNDRY AND IRONING

We offer a washing and ironing service for your laundry.
Express Service: Clothes delivered before 2:30 p.m., returned the next day from 10 a.m. For this service, please contact Reception or room service. Rates available at reception.

CHILD CARE / BABY-SITTING

For the care of your children, a “Baby-Sitting” service is possible. For all information and reservations, please contact Reception.

MAIL AND PARCELS TO BE SENT

Your mail will be delivered to you every day. For your national, international and express mail and parcel shipments, please contact Reception.

Messages received during your absence will be sent directly to your room.

Please refer to the “Tourist guide” file available at Reception. Pierre, our Director and accomplished athlete (Triathlete) will offer you alternatives according to your favorite disciplines.

THALAZUR-HELIANTHAL

Our local thalassotherapy, located 150 meters from the Hotel, offers various cures or adapted treatments. It is also possible to access the organic marine course, weight room, etc … Information at the Hotel Reception.

MANUAL MASSAGES AND THERAPIES

We offer professional massages performed by state-certified physiotherapist masseurs or body therapists. These “Well-being”, relaxation or recovery massages can be performed either in your room or in a private practice in the city center. Lasting 1 hour or more, they will allow you to recover well and make the most of your stay. For all inquiries and / or reservations, please contact Reception.

EXCURSIONS AND TRANSFERS

For your Station or Airport transfers, or for all excursions in the Basque Country and its region, do not hesitate to contact reception.

The dailies “Sud-Ouest”, “Le Monde” and “L’Equipe” are available from 7:30 am in the Hotel Lounge. For all other references, do not hesitate to contact Reception.

Pets, up to 3 kilos, are accepted in the room, under your responsibility, with a supplement of € 20 per day.

BATH TOWEL FOR THE BEACH

Towels for the Beach are available for hire. For any information, please contact the reception

The room staff is at your disposal every day from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

ACCESS: MAGNETIC CARDS

For your safety, Hôtel de la Plage has installed a magnetic card system. Each customer has a programmed card upon arrival. In case of loss, please contact Reception who will give you a new card.

CURRENT ADAPTER

Your room is powered by an electric current of 220 volts, we advise you to check the voltage of your devices before any connection. Several types of adapters are available at Reception.

INTERNET

The Hotel is fully equipped with a Wifi system (wireless Internet). Internet access with an RJ 45 socket is also possible in your room. Please contact reception to obtain your access key.

TELEVISION

You have the following channels on your television: TNT network: France and Spain and Canal + By Satellite Channels 100 to 108: Euronews, CNBC Europe, Bloomberg Europe, Eurosport Deutschland, Vox Channel, RTL2 Austria, Super RTLA.

A card with the words “Do not disturb” is available in your room behind your front door.

PRAYER TO MAKE THE BEDROOM

A card with the words “Please make my room” is available behind your front door. If you would like your room to be made a priority, please display this card when you check out.

SAFETY / FIRE INSTRUCTIONS

Your safety is one of our top priorities during your stay. We advise you to familiarize yourself with the safety measures, as well as with the emergency exits closest to your room. (Display behind your bedroom door) In the event of a fire, we kindly ask you to contact reception as soon as possible.

AIR CONDITIONING / AIR CONDITIONING

The individual air conditioning installed in your room is a reversible system. The air conditioning is used from the numeric keypad located at the entrance to your room: Switching on the air conditioning ON / OFF Green light on the air conditioner is working. Press the “Temp” arrows up or down to select the desired temperature. Press the “Ventilation” button to select the fan speed. NB: The air conditioning switches off instantly when you open your patio door. After closing it, the air conditioning must be turned on again from the numeric keypad.

WINDOW DOOR

The left part, semi-fixed of the French window, opens by unlocking the lugs located at the top and bottom. Do not forget to put them back in place for a perfect seal.

GENERAL PRICE FOR TELEPHONE
COMMUNICATIONS

The price of communications is calculated by indivisible amount equal to € 0.70 including tax for durations (Impulses) fixed in full hour, depending on the destination zones.

ROLLING SHUTTERS

The electric control of the exterior roller shutters is located on the right or left side of the French window. For reasons of safety and waterproofing, on stormy and windy days, we advise you to close them.

SAFE

A safe is at your disposal in the closet of your room. We ask you to use it, the management declines all responsibility for items and valuables left outside the safe. Closing the safe: dial a 4-digit code followed by “★“ or “#” while keeping the door closed. Opening the safe: dial the 4 digits of your code. When you leave, please leave the safe open.

BLANKETS AND PILLOWS

Two blankets and two additional pillows are available in your closet.

HAIR DRYER

Your Bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer placed above the washbasin.

WELCOME PRODUCT

At the reception of the hotel, we have various repair kits: shoe polish sponge, sewing set and shower cap.

In your room, in continental form, from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. You can order it by calling the “Breakfast” service (Tel: 310) It is composed of a hot drink of your choice, a Fruit Juice (Grapefruit, Orange or Apple), the Baker’s Basket (Viennese pastries, bread), Butter, Honey and Jams.
